Schedule: Weekends and half days during the week.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic rehab team on a per diem basis. The ideal candidate will provide individualized therapy services to help residents achieve their highest level of functional independence.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy treatment programs for residents.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate residents and families on therapy goals and progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Current Florida Physical Therapist license.
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Skilled nursing facility experience preferred, but not required.
