Executive Assistant- Self-Employed– Private Equity- Fully Remote and flexible.
An exciting opportunity to join a global Private Equity firm as a highly experienced, self-employed Executive Assistant, providing remote support to a busy deal team on either a longer-term or ad hoc basis, including holiday and absence cover. A brilliant way to stay within the Private Equity space, whilst benefiting from a more flexible, remote working model.
This role requires an EA with extensive Private Equity experience and a strong understanding of the deal cycle. You will be stepping in seamlessly to provide high-level support, often at pace, with minimal handover.
The position is fully remote, however there may be occasional requirements to be present in London for in-office cover or handovers.
Responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary and global travel management across multiple time zones
- Supporting investment professionals through the full deal cycle
- Providing seamless cover during holidays, absence or peak periods
- Acting as a key point of contact, liaising with senior stakeholders
- Managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Stepping in quickly with minimal onboarding and maintaining continuity
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have extensive experience as an EA within Private Equity
- Strong understanding of deal processes and the pace of investment teams
- Highly organised, proactive and able to hit the ground running
- Confident working remotely and managing multiple stakeholders
- Professional, discreet and adaptable
- Self-employed with flexibility to support on a variable basis
- Willing and able to travel into London on occasion for in-person support or handovers
