Clerk, VISD Education Foundation
Employment Term (days): 187 days (10-19 hours/week)
Pay Scale: Paraprofessional/Clerical 3
Primary Purpose:
To provide clerical and administrative assistance to the Executive Director of the Victoria ISD Education Foundation.
Qualification Guidelines:
Education/Certifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
Administrative and/orexperience with Non-Profit Organizations preferred
Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Ability to use computer and general office equipment for typing, filing, entering data and performing bookkeeping tasks Proficient in MicrosoftWord, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher
Effective organization, communication and interpersonalskills
Ability to handle written correspondence, answer phones, forward calls and take messages
Ability to check emails, make appointments and maintain the Executive Director's schedule
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None
Salary : $14 - $20
