Social & Content Internship

Victoria Beckham Beauty is seeking a creative and digitally native Social & Content Intern. Reporting directly to the Senior Social & Content Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of our social media strategy and the creation of content across all global platforms.

This opportunity designed for students who are passionate about the intersection of clean beauty, high-fashion aesthetic, and digital storytelling. Please note that we are only considering candidates who are currently enrolled in an accredited academic program and are eligible to receive school credit for the duration of the internship. Verification of enrollment and a signed letter of credit eligibility from your university’s registrar or internship coordinator will be required as part of the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

Content Publishing & Social Media Management

• Support the Senior Social & Content Manager and Social Manger in rolling out the social strategy, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Manage the daily posting schedule for Instagram Feed, Stories, and TikTok, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Update LikeShop, ensuring all posts are shoppable and aligned with product launches and promotions.
• Maintain and organise assets across Miro and Dropbox, ensuring seamless team access.
• Regularly update the test account to verify content accuracy before publishing.

Instagram Stories (IGS) & Creative Support

• Work with the Senior Design & Visuals Manager and Social & Content Manager to create cohesive IGS and in-feed graphic templates.
• Create and publish IGS content, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement.
• Keep IGS Highlights updated to reflect key brand stories and product categories.
• Support regional wholesale teams by adapting IGS content as needed.

Content Coordination & Approvals

• Support the Senior Social & Content Manager by assisting with deck creation, gathering references, and preparing briefs for internal use and external agency collaboration, as needed.
• Manage wholesale content requests, ensuring partners receive assets promptly.
• Facilitate approvals for IG Stories, ad-hoc edits, and other copy/design work via Wrike.
• Capture content at BTS shoots and in-office on an ad-hoc basis, supporting real-time storytelling and content needs.
• Support in coordinating products required for any Social-First Shoots
• Support Digital Team in providing Victoria content, or any other social-first assets required for site

Community Engagement

• Work closely with the Social Manager to facilitate day-to-day engagement with the community, flagging any queries, feedback, or requests that require attention.
• Collaborate with the Social Manager and PR Teams to elevate user-generated content (UGC) and influencer content in Instagram Stories to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Performance & Insights

• Track and analyse IGS and social content performance, providing insights to the team to inform strategy.
• Support in monthly/quarterly social media reports.

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Instagram and native understanding of TikTok, and any emerging social platforms
• Proficiency in Canva, Google Slides, Dropbox, and Miro; Adobe Suite a plus
• Detail-oriented, highly organised, and proactive
• Interest in beauty, fashion, digital and cultural trends
• Excellent written communication and a strong visual eye
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Previous internship or campus experience in social media or content marketing a plus
