VICTORIA BECKHAM BEAUTY is looking for top-talent for a unique role in SoHo NYC!

LEADERSHIP & TEAM MANAGEMENT

• Lead by example on the floor, maintaining a highly visible and engaged presence

• Coach Beauty Consultants through regular feedback, side-by-side selling, and structured 1:1s

• Participate in daily briefings covering product knowledge, targets, and VBB brand priorities

• Support new starter onboarding, ensuring team members are brand-ready before client-facing interactions

• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture aligned with VB values

CLIENT EXPERIENCE & SERVICE

• Uphold VBB's luxury service ethos at every touchpoint — from greeting through to post-purchase follow-up

• Ensure the team delivers personalised, consultative experiences rather than transactional selling

• Handle complaints and escalations with confidence, empathy, and a resolution-focus

• Model impeccable personal presentation and brand alignment at all times

• Proactively build and cultivate a return client base 

COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE

• Support the Store Manager in delivering KPIs including revenue, UPT, ATV, and conversion

• Monitor team performance in real time

• Identify and communicate trading opportunities — hero SKUs, low performers, replenishment needs

• Actively participate in launches, events, and promotional activations

OPERATIONS & STOCK

• Open and close the store/counter per operational procedures

• Monitor stock daily — flagging best sellers and replenishment needs, liaising directly with the Stock Controller to ensure orders are placed promptly

• Oversee cycle counts, loss prevention, and accurate POS/Shopify processing including exchanges and personal orders

• Maintain VM standards and ensure health, safety, and housekeeping are consistently upheld

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE & BRAND ADVOCACY

• Maintain expert knowledge of the full VBB beauty range — formulations, shades, usage, and brand story

• Stay current on launches, limited editions, campaigns, and competitor activity

• Communicate brand values — clean beauty, inclusivity, high performance — authentically in every client interaction

• Represent VBB Beauty with professionalism at all internal and external touchpoints

COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION

• Act as the link between the team and VBB HQ, escalating issues promptly and accurately

• Complete daily/weekly reports to a high standard

• Participate constructively in team meetings, training, and brand events
