We will count on you to:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key features, API integrations, and platform improvements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for carrier integration partners and technical vendors
- Collaborate with developers to implement features and resolve bugs
- Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and documentation for internal and external use
- Prioritize work and maintain clear visibility into timelines and dependencies
- Monitor product performance, user adoption, and operational impact
- 3 years of hands-on experience in a product management, product operations, or a similar business role.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities throughout the day.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with technology and working with data; highly proficient in Excel.
- Consulting, Banking, and/or insurance industry experience.
- Experience with SQL and database tools.
- Demonstrable track record in a product management or product operations role in a tech-enabled professional services environment.
