Victor Technology is looking for a motivated and organized Inside Sales β Partner Growth Specialist to support lead generation, customer follow-up, and account growth initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, proactive outreach, and helping grow customer and partner accounts through consistent follow-up and business development support.
π Location:
β’ Remote or onsite in Bolingbrook, IL
π² Pay:
β’ $20/hour Independent Contractor (1099)
Key Responsibilities:
β Follow up on inbound leads, trade show contacts, and inactive accounts
β Support lead generation and outbound prospecting efforts
β Promote products, programs, and sales initiatives
β Maintain sales activity and pipeline tracking
β Coordinate customer follow-up and account support activities
β Collaborate with Sales Management and Customer Care teams
Qualifications:
β’ Inside sales, lead generation, customer support, or business development experience preferred
β’ Strong communication and follow-up skills
β’ Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
β’ Microsoft Office experience required; CRM/ERP experience a plus
