**Summary of Position**
Maintenance Foremen for Victors Landscaping, Inc. exemplify strong
leadership skills, and possess the ability to efficiently meet job
quality and time requirements. Foremen have a general working knowledge
of plant IDs and plant maintenance requirements. Foremen have a basic
understanding of irrigation systems, controller settings, and repairs
beyond valves. Foremen are proficient with all tools common to landscape
maintenance (push mower, riding lawnmower, line trimmer, hedge shears,
blower, etc.) Foremen have a general knowledge of mixing and applying
post emergent herbicides. Foremen communicate effectively with their
crew, clients, and the public. Foremen must hold an insurable drivers
license. It is preferred for Foremen to hold ALCA and OPM
Certifications.
**Position Responsibilities**
The following responsibilities are specific to the position the employee
Has Been Hired For. Additional Company-wide Responsibilities And
policies are required of **all** Victors Landscaping, Inc. employees and
can be found within the Employee Handbook and Safety Manual. Employees
must initial alongside each responsibility in acknowledgement.
Must hold a valid AZ drivers license and maintain a clean driving record
Must effectively train the crew they lead
Must maintain accounts, grow routes and report any and all issues at
properties
Must respect and follow instruction given by office and management
Must wear uniforms at all times or appropriate attire
Must report all abnormalities to manager or office
Must report equipment failure to manager, office, and/or mechanic
Must attend all mandatory meetings
Be present and punctual to work when scheduled
Must follow all foreman responsibilities
Exemplify strong leadership skills
Must use personal protective equipment (PPE) gloves, glasses, ear
protection, work boots, long sleeve shirts
Efficiently meet job quality and time requirements
Observe all safety policies and practices
At all times must be respectful to co-workers, management, clientele and
public
