Farm Foreman (farming experience required)

*Summary*

We are seeking a Farm Foreman to join our team at Victor Packing, Inc. In this role, you will oversee daily farm operations. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining efficiency and productivity within our operations.

*Responsibilities*

• Supervise farm operations and manage on-site personnel to ensure efficient production.
• Responsible for leading and managing the flood and drip irrigation process.
• Implement safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Coordinate project scheduling and resource allocation for various tasks.
• Assist in training new employees on operational procedures and safety practices.
• Manage equipment maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
