What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gutter Installer position at Victor Junior Construction LLC?
Victor Junior Construction LLC (VJRC) is a family-owned exterior contractor serving the Huntington, WV tri-state area — roofing, siding, gutters, soffit, and fascia. We're hiring Gutter Installers to join a crew focused primarily on gutter installations.
The crew meets each morning at our South Point, OH location and carpools to the jobsite together, so you don't need your own vehicle to get to the job — just a reliable way to get to the morning meet-up on time.
This is seasonal, weather-dependent work. Start time is 6:00 AM. Because we're in busy season, days can run long — sometimes until the sun goes down — depending on the weather and how much production is scheduled that day. We don't work through heavy rain. If rain hits at 2pm and we cancel work, you get paid the full $150 day rate. You'll also get a 30 min to 1-hour lunch.
While this crew is focused primarily on gutter installations, installers may also help with partial roofing repairs, fascia, soffit, and siding as the job calls for it.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in gutters or exterior construction preferred, but not required — we'll train the right person
- Dependable, on time, and ready to work at 6:00 AM
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Able to keep up on long production days during busy season
What you get:
- $150/day (Currently running 5-6 days a week)
