Freelance Content Videographer (Paid Internship Opportunity)
Vic Brew is a Los Angeles–based actor, producer, and creative consultant working at the intersection of entertainment, culture, and personal development. Content is distributed across major social platforms and frequently captured in real-world, fast-paced environments, including events, professional settings, and active film productions.
This is a freelance, on-site content videographer role designed primarily for a college student or recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in social media content creation, on-the-go production, and real exposure to professional film and television environments.
You will attend select events, follow Victor on designated days, and join active film sets to capture behind-the-scenes and promotional content. This role offers real-world learning, mentorship, and on-set experience, with opportunities to receive official credits on projects Victor is producing, when applicable.
- Capture high-quality video content during events, meetings, travel days, and film sets
- Document behind-the-scenes moments on professional sets with discretion and awareness of production etiquette
- Shoot content optimized for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn)
- Understand what to capture for reels, stories, BTS footage, and promotional clips
- Shoot with editing in mind to support short-form and long-form content
- Perform basic edits when needed (rough cuts, selects, trims), though final editing may be handled separately
- Organize and deliver footage efficiently after shoot days
- Collaborate closely to align content with brand, story, and platform strategy
- Current college student or recent graduate studying film, media, communications, marketing, or a related field
- Strong knowledge in creative videography styles for social media (shot selection, shot angles, composition)
- Strong knowledge of lighting techniques & how to light
- Strong working knowledge of major social media platforms and their content formats
- Comfortable shooting handheld, run-and-gun, BTS, documentary-style footage
- Understands how to behave professionally on film sets / private events
- Familiar with basic editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, IG edits, or similar)
- Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced, real-world environments
- Previous experience creating content for personal brands or influencers
- Interest in film production, acting, producing, or entertainment careers
