What are the responsibilities and job description for the Qualified Professional-Adult Day Program Services position at Victor & Associates?
Victor & Associates, Inc. is a provider of Mental Health & Developmental Disabilities Services. We provide services within the Alliance Center MCO, Partners MCO, and Trillium Center MCO.
We are currently seeking a highly Qualified Professional (QP) with work experience in day support services. The QP would have the responsibilities as the Manager of Mid Carolina Innovations (MCI).
Qualification:
- Must have a college or university master’s degree in human services field and have one (1) year of full-time, post-graduate degree with accumulated experience with the population served. Or a graduate of a college or university with a bachelor’s degree in a human service field and has two (2) years of full-time, post-bachelor’s degree accumulated experience with the population served.
- Experience and background in the area of staff supervision.
- Must have experience working with developmental and behavioral disability population.
- Experience or exposure in the operational aspects of day support services.
- Must have and maintain a valid North Carolina Driver License
- Have own transportation to access to work
- CPR , First Aid Certified (will train the right candidate)
- EBPI ( will train the right candidate)
- Must have a clean background check
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development, implementation of day support services plans for all members
- Responsible for ongoing monitoring of the day program to ensure data collection and service provision for each member
- Ensure all services are provided in a manner commensurate with the vision, mission, and values of Victor & Associates Inc.
- Serves as a liaison to our Residential QP, MCO's, and others as directed.
- Responsible for ensuring all staff document on grid sheets daily.
- Oversees staff supervision of 20 employees.
- Maintains an open line of communication with staff, members, and families.
- Daily checks of the day program and ongoing monitoring of the schedule.
- Prepare for periodic state reviews, with guidance of management.
- Will interact and communicate with upper management and CEO to ensure that a consistent high-quality level of service is provided.
- Reviews and completes incident reports and initiates required action; and submits reports to (Manage Care Organization) MCO per upper management.
- Supervises and scheduling of staff to ensure proper coverage.
- Reviews member records on an ongoing basis to validate accurate and thorough documentation and data collection.
- Responsible for contracting of outside services in collaboration with upper management.
- Additional duties will be discussed upon interview.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
