Direct Support Staff Bus Driver/Bus Monitor - Residential Facility in Dunn NC
Responsibilities:
- Work with special needs adults in a residential setting & day program setting.
- Transport/Monitor Clients to and from residential facility to day program facility via Company bus.
- Direct Support Staff provide assistance with living skills, development skills, health maintenance, medication administration, personal care and behavioral development.
- Engage Clients with meaningful activities
- Assist Clients with pursuing and achieving daily goals
- Adhere to Clients' plans-of-care
- Address any behavioral needs
- Observe client behaviors, record conditions and lead them in therapeutic activities
- Must be prompt with reliable transportation and valid NC driver's license
