Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and deployment of sales initiatives specifically targeting the Infrastructure market.
- Serve as the communication bridge between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other functional teams to align priorities, timelines, and resource planning.
- Obtain actionable information from sales, translating and coordinating data analytics to manufacturing and supply chain to drive product availability.
- Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.
- Create and implement business strategies that align with revenue growth opportunities in the Infrastructure vertical market.
- Track performance metrics and program milestones, to identify and implement solutions and process improvements in support of continuous improvement and agility.
- Prepare executive updates, cross-functional briefings, and initiative reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in sales operations, project management, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience in or exposure to the Infrastructure market, MEP systems, or technical sales environments is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional coordination and communication.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, or Tableau.
