Job Description
The Quality Assurance Engineer is a hands-on role supporting quality execution in a steel fabrication manufacturing environment. This position works directly on the production floor, partnering with manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers to ensure welding, coating, and product quality requirements are met. The role plays a key part in building and sustaining core quality systems while balancing production pace, compliance, and real-world manufacturing constraints.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys being on the floor, working closely with people, and solving problems in real time—not from behind a desk.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain and ensure the execution of Victaulic TX. Prefabrication Facility Quality
Management System (QMS) and quality control plans, programs and policies.
Provide oversight to the Supplier Qualification Program.
QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER

Maintain customer product certification and inspection activities in addition to championing all
planning, completion of non-destructive testing (NDT), product inspection and release including
documentations.

Responsibilities

- Maintain all necessary records and procedures in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and
