VNE, LLC is looking for a TS/SCI Cleared Spectral ILS Lead

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: 

  •  Bachelors Degree

Experience:

  • Seven (7) or more years of experience in defense life cycle (acquisition) logistics or applicable experience required to meet the assigned LCAT.
  • Experience supporting C4ISR, ISR/IO, or similar systems.
  • Experience supporting Defense life-cycle logistics, configuration management, sustainment, installation, or fielding activities.
  • Familiarity with spares management, provisioning, DMSMS, and system life-cycle support processes.
  • Working knowledge of CDRL generation and review processes.
  • Experience managing, tracking, and reviewing contract deliverables against contract requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI for dashboards, reporting, and logistics/program data analysis.
  • Experience working directly with Government customers, engineering teams, logisticians, vendors, and other program stakeholders.
  • Experience managing teams, documenting performance and approving timecards.
  • Risk identification, mitigation, tracking and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • TS/SCI level Clearance required.

Experience - Preferred:   

  • DoD Navy or prior military experience.
  • Ability to generate a DMSMS Report.
  • Familiarity with Acquisition Management System (AMS) for CDRL reviews and submissions.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Agile/Scrum processes, including backlog management, sprint planning, task tracking, and status reporting.

Job Description:

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day lead for Spectral ILS activities.
  • Assist with the initial rollout, fielding, and implementation of Spectral, including coordination of logistics and support requirements.
  • Coordinate logistics, configuration management, installation, sustainment, and provisioning activities across the Spectral program.
  • Support and coordinate spares, provisioning, DMSMS, configuration management, and system life-cycle support activities.
  • Track schedules, milestones, risks, action items, dependencies, and program deliverables.
  • Coordinate and review Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables, including tracking submission status, Government review, comments, and required updates.
  • Utilize and maintain familiarity with AMS for CDRL management and tracking.
  • Support ILS certifications, installation planning/documentation, configuration baselines, supply support, and other lifecycle logistics requirements.
  • Prepare and provide recurring status reports, briefings, and program updates to the Program Office.
  • Attend and represent Spectral at program meetings, working groups, technical reviews, conferences, and other program events as required.
  • Utilize Power BI and other reporting tools to track, analyze, and communicate logistics and program status.
  • Utilize Jira to track workload, actions, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint planning and backlog reviews, as required.
  • Coordinate with Government leads, engineers, logisticians, configuration management personnel, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain schedule.
  • Identify and communicate risks, blockers, resource constraints, and other issues that could affect cost, schedule, or performance.
  • Other tasking, as required.

Essential Duties of the Job:

  • Ability to communicate task requirement information to client in a clear and concise manner.
  • Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time, as well as lead and participate in meetings and working groups.
  • Requires visual acuity to use a keyboard.
  • Must be able to attend work each day, during scheduled hours, unless on travel or approved time off.
  • Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face-to-face

  • While performing duties of job, employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
  • Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • May be exposed to chemicals related to office equipment.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate (i.e. general office environment).
