Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Attorney role located in Colleyville, TX. The Attorney will provide legal counsel and representation in matters related to business law. Daily tasks will include drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, representing clients in court, advising on risk management strategies, and collaborating with clients to address their legal needs. The candidate is expected to uphold the firm's commitment to excellence and client-focused advocacy.

VK handles our client's business matters nationwide. Some travel may periodically be necessary.
Equity and Variable Compensation
The firm is poised to grow and will transition to new leadership in the next five years. This creates an opportunity for equity and leadership. Compensation consists of base salary plus a performance bonus. Total compensation will be based on qualifications and effort, but is expected to be in the $150-250K range initially.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Business experience and knowledge - not necessarily acquired as an attorney
- Strong skills in legal research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents
- Litigation experience, including trial representation
- Experience in business law.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active state bar license in good standing
- Portables are welcome
