- Food safety and alcohol certifications within 30 days of hire (holding either at hire is a plus)
- Basic cooking knowledge and food safety awareness a plus — not required
As a Kitchen Team Member, you'll rotate across our back-of-house stations — sauté, fry, biscuit build, prep, and dishwashing — keeping food quality high and the kitchen running smoothly. You'll:
- Prep and cook food to recipe, with consistent portioning and quality
- Operate cooking equipment safely and monitor food temps
- Plate and assemble orders to our presentation standards
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and waste-handling procedures
- Communicate with the front-of-house team to keep service flowing
