Job Summary
As a Front of House Team Member at Vicious Biscuit, you are a key ambassador for our brand, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, Southern hospitality and creating a positive and engaging dining experience. Your role involves interacting with guests, taking, and delivering orders, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests.
Responsibilities
- FOH team members tasks include cashier, running food and bussing tables, take-out operations, barista, and expediter.
· Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
· Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure a memorable dining experience.
· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
· Take accurate food and beverage orders.
· Coordinate with the kitchen and barista to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
· Check orders for accuracy before serving them to guests.
· Maintain clean and organized dining areas.
· Clear and reset tables efficiently to accommodate new guests.
· Ensure service areas are stocked with utensils, napkins, condiments, etc.
· Familiarize yourself with the menu to make recommendations and upsell featured items.
· Inform guests about promotions, special events, etc.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
