- Food safety and alcohol service certifications within 30 days of hire
- Customer-facing service experience a plus — not required
As a Barista, you're often a guest's first and last impression — crafting drinks, working the bar menu, and bringing warmth to every order. You'll:
- Prepare all beverages accurately and consistently
- Greet guests and provide attentive, personalized service
- Learn the full bar menu and pass the Barista test
- Maintain garnish prep, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Check orders for accuracy and recommend menu favorites
- Support front-of-house operations as needed
