Position OverviewWe are seeking a passionate Line Cook to join our award-winning kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have prior professional kitchen experience, but we’re also willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to grow in a fine dining environment. This is a hands-on opportunity to work alongside a talented culinary team in one of St. Louis’ most celebrated restaurants.
Schedule & CompensationShifts begin between 1:00–2:00 pm, Tuesday through Saturday
Compensation includes hourly pay team-based tip share
Average earnings: $22–$24 per hour
Prepare and execute dishes to the standards of the restaurant
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistency and excellence
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
Support prep work, station setup, and breakdown as needed
Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn in a fine dining environment
Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced kitchen
Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence
Punctual and reliable with flexible availability during scheduled shifts
