Role Description
This is a full-time, Remote role based in Albuquerque, NM, for a Government Contracting Specialist. The specialist will support the preparation, submission, and management of government bids and contracts. They will research regulations, ensure compliance, create audit-ready documentation, and collaborate across teams to gather and analyze information. Additionally, the role includes managing timelines, maintaining stakeholder communication, and contributing process improvements to streamline contracting workflows.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of government procurement processes, proposal development, and compliance policies
- Proficiency in research, data analysis, and report generation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder communication
- Attention to detail and familiarity with auditing and documentation best practices
- Strong project management expertise, including timelines coordination and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of tools such as CRM/ERP platforms, document repositories, and spreadsheet management systems
- Experience with process improvement methodologies and efficiency tools (e.g., automation, AI) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Government Affairs, or relevant field
