Overview
We are seeking a Global Director of Business Travel and Entertainment Sales to join our team.
As the Global Director of Business Travel and Entertainment Sales you will lead the development and execution of our worldwide business travel strategy, strengthening our relationships with top corporate accounts, travel management companies, and consortia partners. Your expertise in the luxury travel market will drive revenue growth, secure premium partnerships, and position our hotels as the preferred choice for discerning business travelers. (This position will be based in our New York Corporate Offices)
Responsibilities
General Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
- Design and implement a global corporate travel sales strategy that aligns with portfolio-wide revenue objectives.
- Manage global RFP processes, negotiate competitive agreements, and build deep partnerships with top-producing corporate clients and TMCs.
- Monitor and analyze account performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Serve as an ambassador at global trade shows, industry events, and client presentations.
- Partner with hotel sales teams, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations to deliver exceptional corporate guest experiences.
Qualifications
Qualified Candidates must possess:
- 7 years of senior-level sales experience in luxury hospitality, with a proven track record in corporate/business travel.
- Strong network within the corporate travel industry, including TMCs, and consortia
- Expertise in RFPs, account negotiations, and revenue optimization.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
