As our Sr. People Business Partner, you’ll play an important role in supporting leaders and teams as we continue to scale. You’ll help create clarity, strengthen ways of working, and ensure our people have what they need to succeed. You’ll be a trusted partner for day‑to‑day people topics, contributing to a positive employee experience, smoother processes, and an engaged, healthy workplace. Besides your day-to-day you’ll have the freedom and responsibility to design and implement foundational frameworks, introduce best practices, and lead transformative change across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of partnering with leaders, supporting change, improving HR processes, and being a go‑to person for both employees and managers.

🔧 What you’ll take on

In your role, you will:

• HR Partnership: Work closely with managers to support team development, performance conversations, and everyday people‑related questions.

• Employee Experience: Help foster an inclusive, engaging environment where employees feel supported and valued.

• Guidance & Support: Advise on HR processes such as performance, hiring, onboarding, and development.

• Employee Engagement & Relations: Develop and implement initiatives that foster engagement, well-being, and a positive employee experience while managing complex employee relations issues.

• Process Improvement: Help refine existing HR processes so they run smoothly and scale with the business.

• HR excellence: Support with strategic HR projects across Learning & Development, Compensation, Performance Management, and other key areas to enable scale and business success.

• Change Support: Support teams through organizational or process changes in a pragmatic, people‑oriented way.

• Data & Analytics: Establish the foundation for HR data and reporting, then leverage insights to influence decisions and measure the impact of people initiatives.

• Policy, Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies, updating frameworks to reflect best practices and regulatory changes.
  

📌 What you bring

• Experience: 7 years of HR Business Partner experience with proven success in strategic HR roles.

• Scale-Up Expertise: Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, high-growth scale-up environment.  

• Labour Law: Strong understanding of Dutch labor law and compliance requirements.

• Project & Expertise Work: Experience working on HR projects and building centers of expertise (e.g., compensation, analytics, L&D).

• Builder Mindset: Drive, resilience, and hunger for tackling complexity, comfortable creating structure from the ground up.

• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to influence and manage relationships at senior leadership level.

• Language Skills: You’re proficient in English and Dutch is a highly added value
