We are seeking a skilled, motivated and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of craft cocktails and mocktails. Qualifications:
- Must have experience in making craft cocktails
- Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong cash handling skills
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Familiarity with food handling procedures
Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitor customer intake of alcohol and ensure responsible drinking practices are followed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
