Powersports Technician – Vicars Powersports
Job Description: Join the dynamic team at Vicars Powersports, where we specialize in servicing and repairing a wide range of powersports vehicles, including ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, and more. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Powersports Technician to contribute to our growing service department.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of powersports vehicles.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and engine problems with precision and efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and service advisors to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards.
Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience as a Powersports Technician or in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components, including engines, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to participate in continued OEM education and training, including completing tests and certifications to stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and technologies.
Compensation:
- Pay is based on experience and is structured on a flag hour basis, allowing you to maximize your earnings based on the work completed.
