What You’ll Do
• Keep resident rooms, apartments, and community spaces clean, fresh, and welcoming
• Perform routine and detailed cleaning tasks following department standards
• Safely prepare and use cleaning products and equipment
• Maintain organized work areas and ensure equipment is cleaned and stored properly
• Report maintenance concerns, broken equipment, and safety hazards promptly
• Handle linens, trash removal, and room preparation with care and attention to detail
• Promote a safe environment by following housekeeping and infection prevention practices
• Deliver excellent service while respecting resident privacy, dignity, and personal belongings
• Support the team with additional duties and projects as needed
Must Have Skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and time management skills
• Ability to safely follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Professional communication and customer service mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and active environment
Nice to Have Skills
• Previous housekeeping, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living experience
• Experience using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
• Knowledge of safe chemical handling and sanitation practices
• Experience creating a welcoming guest or resident experience
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
