We are looking for a proactive Safety & Compliance Manager to lead our safety programs, support field operations, and ensure we meet all regulatory requirements and grow with us as we continue to expand.
Position Overview:
The Safety & Compliance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all safety, health, and compliance initiatives across the organization. This role partners closely with operations, field crews, and leadership to build a strong safety culture, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and continuously improve the company’s safety program.
· Conduct job audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
· Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other applicable regulatory bodies.
· Maintain and update required safety documentation, policies, and training records.
· Lead safety training, orientations, weekly safety meetings, and ongoing coaching.
· Manage reporting of incidents, near-misses, corrective actions, and return-to-work processes.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance audits.
· Promote a strong safety culture and lead by example.
Qualifications:
· 3–5 years of experience in safety management.
· Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
· Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and industry safety standards.
· Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with field and office teams.
· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
· Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
