Position Summary: The Dishwasher’s primary role is to perform various duties in the dish room to ensure clean dishes are ready for all guests. This position will be responsible for keeping the dish room clean, and ensuring the dish ware is sanitary and ready for guest use. Shifts are Wed-Sun starting times from 3pm-5pm until closing usually 9:30pm-10:00 pm. You would be part of a two or three person team In the dish room.
Essential Functions:
Performs various duties in the dish room to ensure clean dishes are ready for all guests.
- Sanitize the dish room, including the washing of dishes, plates, pots, pans, and utensils.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of trash.
- Sweep and Mop floors in the dish room and on the cook line.
- Cleaning equipment in the dish room.
- Cleaning sinks, faucets, and other fixtures in the dish room.
- Maintaining equipment used for washing dishes and utensils.
- Wipe down walls, floors, and fixtures throughout the dish room.
- Stocking clean dishes in designated areas
- Other duties as assigned by management that may come up.
Qualifications:
·Must be at least 16 years old.
·Ability to work weekends as needed with flexible scheduling options.
·Ability to lift 25 pounds or more and stand for 5 hours or longer.
