As a Route Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently, maintaining our strict delivery schedule, and upholding safety standards. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods to designated locations
- Plan and follow optimal routes for timely deliveries
- Load and unload cargo with care and attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations during transportation
- Handle any delivery discrepancies or issues professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle

Skills:
- Proficient in communication to interact with customers and team members
- Experience with manual transmission vehicles preferred
- Knowledge of commercial driving practices and regulations
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus
- Ability to operate box trucks, tractor-trailers, or refrigerated trailers
- Strong problem-solving skills for on-the-road challenges

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a related field is beneficial
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings or evenings
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
