Daily Responsibilities
- Deliver mattresses to customer homes
- Complete setups with care and professionalism
- Lift, carry, and maneuver heavy items
- Work together to finish routes efficiently
Driver Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience driving box trucks
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs with assistance
- Reliable, punctual, positive attitude and ready to work
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Must have a working phone
- Able to use GPS, follow delivery routes while maintaining safety procedures
- Team‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
Helper Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (50–100 lbs)
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Works well with a partner/driver
- Must have a working phone
- Able to use GPS, follow delivery routes while maintaining safety procedures
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with physical, hands‑on work
