Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment, including mixers, blenders, mills, furnaces, dryers, and material handling systems.
- Follow production instructions, work orders, and procedures to execute daily manufacturing activities accurately.
- Monitor process conditions and equipment performance to maintain product quality and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while supporting team operations and production goals.
- Adhere to all safety, environmental, and operational requirements, including proper use of PPE and compliance standards.
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions, procedures, and production documentation.
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and continuous movement during shifts.
- Ability to work safely in industrial conditions, including exposure to dust, fumes, and variable temperatures.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience operating industrial or material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Effective communication and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
