What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receiving Warehouser position at Vibrantz Color Solutions, Inc.?
Reporting into the Warehouse/Inventory Control Manager, the Warehouser will be based in Ashtabula, Ohio. The Warehouser engages in acceptance, offloading, receiving, storage, delivery, loading, and shipping of materials. This is done in accordance with guidelines from the Business Management System and SAP operating procedures while maintaining good housekeeping and safety practices.
Tier 1 Responsibilities
- Operate scales, industrial trucks, and other machinery within the Shipping and Receiving area.
- Accurately enter and retrieve data from the ERP system (SAP).
- Receive and off-load raw materials, ensuring proper documentation and sampling procedures.
- Interpret and process shipping, receiving, and warehousing documents, including material identification markings and customer-specific labeling requirements.
- Coordinate with common carriers to arrange outbound freight pickups.
- Execute shipping and loading activities, including all required documentation.
- Manage internal storage of raw materials and facilitate transfers to other departments.
- Maintain inventory using First-In, First-Out (FIFO) protocols for both storage and shipment preparation.
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, participate in safety meetings and training, and proactively
- Identify and correct workplace hazards.
- Report any injuries, illnesses, or environmental incidents promptly.
Pay: $18.08 - $22.60 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
