- Plan and lead fun, purposeful activities for residents.
- Encourage and motivate residents to participate.
- Assist in transporting residents to and from activities and outings.
- Set up and maintain activity spaces, supplies, and decorations.
- Help schedule performers, volunteers, and special events.
- Support the activity budget and purchase supplies as needed.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- 1 year of experience in activities, recreation, or senior living preferred.
- Compassionate personality with strong communication skills.
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
