As a Maintenance Planner at Vibrant Ingredients, you will play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently by planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance work. You’ll focus on preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime, improve reliability, and support overall operational excellence.

This position requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners to ensure maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively.

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to prioritize and execute work orders.
• Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, PMs, and maintenance histories.
• Manage inventory for maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) materials to ensure availability of parts.
• Create purchase order requests in Microsoft GP for maintenance parts and services.
• Generate and analyze maintenance performance reports to drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate equipment issues to operations and management to support timely resolution.
• Uphold company standards for safety, GMPs, and regulatory compliance.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• 3 years of maintenance planning experience in a production environment (food manufacturing preferred).
• 3 years of MRO inventory management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in CMMS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft GP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work off-shifts and weekends as needed.
