Vibrant Home Services is a fast growing residential cleaning company serving Will County, DuPage County, and surrounding areas. We are building a network of independent cleaning professionals who want the freedom to control their schedule while earning strong, consistent income.
This is a 1099 contractor opportunity designed for individuals who want to be their own boss, choose how much they work, and focus on cleaning without worrying about finding customers.

Earning Potential
$25 to $50 plus per hour equivalent paid per job
Take on more jobs and increase your income
Performance based increases and priority scheduling for top performers
There is no cap on your income. Your earnings are based on your availability, efficiency, and performance.
What You Will Do
Complete residential cleaning services including standard, deep, move in move out, and post construction cleaning
Travel to client homes using your own vehicle
Provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment
Follow structured service checklists for consistent, high quality results
Use our mobile app to check in and out and manage jobs
Represent a professional and high standard service in every home
