That’s where we come in—providing personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families across New York City’s five boroughs, Westchester, Albany, Long Island, and beyond.
Our mission extends beyond providing services to children—we are dedicated to supporting and empowering our team of Behavior Technicians. We offer tailored training programs to help our professionals advance their careers in ABA therapy, with opportunities to become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or even Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). We recognize that the success of our clients is deeply rooted in the expertise and passion of our care professionals.

- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience working with children with disabilities
- Desire to pursue RBT certification through completion of the 40-hour training course and supervision
- Ability to provide in-home care services
- ABA experience is a plus
