We are seeking BCBA Students currently enrolled in an approved graduate-level ABA program who are completing their supervised fieldwork hours toward BCBA certification. This role is designed for individuals looking to build strong clinical skills under experienced supervision while becoming part of a long-term clinical pipeline.BCBA Students are graduate-level trainees completing supervised fieldwork under a qualified BCBA/LBA supervisor. Students gain hands-on experience in assessment, treatment planning, data-based decision making, and caregiver training while working directly with clients.We invest in BCBA students as our future clinicians, providing structured supervision, clear expectations, and long-term growth opportunities.Program Structure Students begin by working on assigned cases under supervision as RBTs.A minimum of 15 hours per week of restricted (direct) work is requiredA minimum of 10 hours per week of unrestricted work is required Availability on at least three weekdays is requiredAfter an initial two-week trial period, eligible students may be invited to formally enter the BCBA Student ProgramFieldwork hours accrued during the trial period count toward supervised hours upon successful completionRequirementsCurrently enrolled in a Master’s program in ABA or related field (proof of enrollment required)Eligible to accrue BCBA supervised fieldwork hoursStrong interest in clinical growth and long-term developmentReliable availability and professional communicationPrior ABA experience preferred but not requiredStudents who have completed coursework but not fieldwork hours must be eligible to apply for the appropriate graduate permit, if applicable.Nest StepsQualified candidates will complete an initial screening followed by a clinical interview.
