The Role: Where Learning Meets Impact
As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with a child in their home, implementing individualized behavior plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is a meaningful, hands-on role where you will directly support skill development and positive behavior change.
You will be supported by experienced supervisors and receive ongoing guidance as you build your skills in the field.
Sessions take place in the community or client homes.
Cases are assigned as close to your home as possible.
After-school availability required, weekends a plus.
What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or community setting
Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
Collect session data and document client progress
Communicate regularly with supervisors and caregivers
Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to travel locally
Preferred Experience
Experience working with children in any setting such as childcare, education, psychology, or healthcare. ABA experience preferred.
