WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Head of Finance for VIBRAM Corporation - the North America subsidiary of VIBRAM SPA (HQ).

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Oversee and direct all aspects of the Financial Planning and Analysis and Controllership functions of the organization.
• Partner and advisor to VIBRAM Corporation President, Global CFO to present financial results.
• Provide close partnership and drive financial analytics with the Plant Manager - implement, drive, recommend and improve financial reporting processes.
• Use critical thinking and analysis skills, serve as a change agent and provide ideas and tangible recommendations on ways to increase productivity.
• Lead all aspects of financial analysis for the site - design and development models that can help to drive change and improvement in product costs.
• Lead a variety of tasks including analyzing operational changes, reconciling productivity, and assisting in capital management projects and processes.
• Lead plant monthly close and forecasting processes, cost reviews and prepare manufacturing variance and inventory forecasts.
• Communicate all results and planning stances to Business Partner in timely fashion
• Manage processes for financial forecasting, planning, budgets, and financial reporting.
• Ensure effective internal controls are in place, compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
• Oversee and direct property management, leases, and facilities.

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage a team of employees across Finance, including two Controllers and IT Manager. Responsible for crafting team vision, coaching and developing, performance evaluation and leading by example.
Required Experience:

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO VIBRAM

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required; advanced degree and/or CPA added plus.
• 7-10 years of experience in public or private accounting or auditing department.
• 2 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Good accounting and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Ability to design and improve business processes.
• Strong business acumen and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite capabilities; Proficient with Excel.
• SAP (ideally S/4Hana) or related ERP system Experience.
• Prior role in organization with HQ outside US added plus.
• Demonstrated experience in change management.
• Proven track record of developing, leading and inspiring teams, including remotely.
