Position Summary

Responsible for providing and directing Speech Language Pathology services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication in assigned locations. Functions under a physicians order.

Position Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Required Certifications: ASHA, BLS
- State Licensure Requirements: California License
- Minimum year’s experience: 1 year
- Required experience: trach/vent patients. PMV, MBSS
•Member of American Speech-Language and Hearing Association required.

Current, valid, and active license to practice as a SLP in the state of employment.
