This role is dedicated to identifying, cultivating, and securing new business opportunities across hospitals, healthcare systems, physician groups, and MSP/VMS networks. Key Responsibilities
• Drive new business acquisition efforts focused exclusively on locum tenens staffing opportunities across the U.S.
• Identify, prospect, and engage healthcare organizations, physician groups, hospital systems, and decision-makers.
• Develop and execute targeted growth strategies to secure new client partnerships and master service agreements.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare executives, medical leadership, procurement teams, and staffing stakeholders.
• Expand and cultivate MSP/VMS partnerships and vendor relationships.
• Position Vibra Travels as a strategic workforce partner within the healthcare marketplace.
• Maintain an active, high-value sales pipeline with disciplined forecasting and opportunity tracking.
• Drive contract negotiations and partnership execution.
• Collaborate seamlessly with recruiting, credentialing, and operations teams to ensure successful client onboarding and account transition.
• Monitor industry trends, provider demand, competitive activity, and emerging market opportunities.
• Represent Vibra Travels with professionalism, credibility, and consultative expertise in all external interactions.
