Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced and dedicated Respiratory Therapist (RT) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with one of our trusted Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) partners in Charlotte, NC. What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients
- Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings
- Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery
- Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Active RT license in North Carolina or compact state
- 1 year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred
- BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire
- Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care
- Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
Under the supervision of the Respiratory Therapy Manager and/or the Lead Respiratory Therapist and upon request of the physician, sets up and operates various types of respiratory care equipment to be
utilized in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory disease and/or illness.
