Job Description
- 8 to 12 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment
- Atleast 12 to 14 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience
- Provide domain, architecture, and the technical aspects of the project.
- Participate in requirement gathering meetings and provide inputs to the developers based on the requirements. ?
- End to end guidance and review of Modular Implementation & customization in ServiceNow?
- Hands-on experience in implementing in multiple ServiceNow Modules and 3rd party integrations
- Guidance on Implementation of ServiceNow Modules, primarily MCO, CSM, ITSM and Platform Configuration
- Client and Server APIs i.e. GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, etc
- Validate requirements and highlight discrepancies
- Design solution and suggest technical best practices
- Ensure information is accurate and feasible
- ServiceNow Administration certification
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification(various tracks)
- ServiceNow Master Architect Certification(optional)
