Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Teamcenter PLM and Active Workspace (AWC) solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and implement Teamcenter workflows, data models, and access controls.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team and end-users.
Perform system administration tasks, including user management, security, and performance monitoring.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Teamcenter and AWC.
Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and training materials.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Teamcenter and AWC features and functionalities.
Participate in system upgrades and migrations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
Act as a Tech Lead across multiple vendor teams.
Guide developers and QA engineers through solutioning and deployment.
Architect scalable, high-performance PLM frameworks tailored to electronics manufacturing needs.
Lead technical design, coding, and troubleshooting.
Enable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, SSIS, and Microsoft DevOps.
Conduct unit testing, performance validation using Selenium, LoadRunner, JMeter.
Use HP ALM for traceability and test management.
Minimum Qualifications
14 years of hands-on experience in Teamcenter PLM implementations.
Certified in Teamcenter 12 or above.
Strong development experience in Java, SOAP, REST APIs.
In-depth knowledge of PLM architectures, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Proven leadership in multi-vendor, multi-geography delivery environments
