We are seeking a motivated and insightful Leadership Development Associate to support and enhance our leadership training programs. You will assist in creating, facilitating, and evaluating programs that help individuals become effective, confident leaders across all levels.

Support the design and implementation of leadership development initiatives
Assist in facilitating training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching
Conduct research and gather data to support program strategies and outcomes
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to customize leadership solutions
Monitor participant progress and provide feedback reports to leadership coaches
Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and recommend areas for improvement
Prepare training materials, presentations, and development tools
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in leadership development, training, or talent management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools
