Our company is looking for an experienced and passionate Kitchen Manager to help support our team. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience operating in a busy restaurant environment, can effectively coordinate with staff and enjoy problem solving. A successful candidate will have restaurant industry experience, a passion for food preparation and strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily work orders and assign shifts to employees.
- Supervise employees to ensure that work is completed in a timely manner and according to quality standards.
- Ensure that all employees are following health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Ensure that all waste is disposed of properly and food is stored according to health codes.
- Supervise hiring, training, and discipline of subordinates.
- Handle customer complaints.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
