VIBE Salon is looking to add a Makeup Artist to our team. We are looking for someone with a positive, upbeat attitude, and passion for providing the best possible service to our clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Create a fun and comfortable environment for our clients
- Create original and creative makeup styles that will leave clients feeling great
- Recommend products and styles to keep clients up-to-date with their makeup trends
- Maintain a clean and tidy salon environment
- Handle all makeup needs of clients
- Provide consultation to address client’s concerns and requests
Skills & Requirements
- Makeup artist certification
- At least 1 years of makeup artist experience preferred.
- Proven work experience as a makeup artist in a variety of settings
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to make recommendations for products/services/price points preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills (written and oral) required. Communicate with customers and supervisors regularly regarding salon operations. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals. Follow up on missed appointments on a regular basis.
