Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure
• Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls appropriately using professional phone etiquette
• Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and handle booking adjustments with precision
• Maintain organized records through data entry, filing, proofreading, and updating client information in digital systems
• Support daily office operations including inventory management, billing and processing payments accurately
• Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading promotional materials, managing correspondence, and supporting personal assistant duties as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient flow of salon activities while upholding high standards of professionalism and organization

Requirements

• Proven experience in front desk or office management roles within a customer-focused environment
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and clerical tasks such as filing and proofreading
• Demonstrated customer service expertise with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style
• Knowledge of bookkeeping, calendar management, time management techniques, and office procedures is preferred
• Personal assistant or administrative support experience is a plus
