Role Description
We are seeking an IT Support Assistant to support daily IT operations and provide technical assistance
to internal users and clients. This role focuses on system support, troubleshooting, and maintaining
reliable technology services.
Responsibilities
Provide helpdesk support for desktops, applications, and user access
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support Office 365 (email, Teams, user setup)
- Assist with server, network, and firewall support
- Monitor and maintain backup systems
- Support data quality, reporting, and system documentation
- Assist with special projects and ongoing IT initiatives
Qualifications
- 2 years of IT support or helpdesk experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Office 365 and user management
- Basic knowledge of networking, security, and backups
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Basic SQL knowledge (queries, data validation, reporting)
Preferred
- Experience with document management systems
- Basic SQL knowledge (queries, data validation, reporting)
- Experience supporting both internal and client users
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT documentation
- Bachelor’s Degree or 2 Year College
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
